Let's All Do Our Part

We’re excited to see you again!

As we begin to re-open the dining rooms of our restaurants in a limited capacity, we want to make you aware of the continued ways that we must all work together for the safety of our associates, our customers and our communities.

We commit to continue following the guidelines set out by public health officials:

• We are sanitizing and cleaning often and continuing to make handwashing a top priority
• We will host parties of 10 or less
• Tables will be distanced by at least 6 feet
• In most cases, Associates will be wearing a face covering
• We’ll continue to offer curbside pick-up and no contact delivery
• Our business partners are joining us in these safety practices and we ask that our customers do also.

For the safety of yourself and our team members, we ask that if you have symptoms now or have had in the last 24 hours including cough or fever or if you have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 that you do not enter one of our restaurants but instead place a no contact delivery order.

The kindness, understanding and support that you have shown during these challenging days is greatly appreciated and we eagerly await our next opportunity to serve you the best pizza and make your day a little better as we move forward together.

We're Here To Do Our Part

Looking out for the safety of our associates, our customers and our communities is our top priority.

While we continually monitor the safety measures put in place in every community we serve, we want to make you aware that you that your local Donatos has been designated as essential to help provide food in the communities. Our restaurants will remain open for delivery and pick up orders.

We want to assure you that we are following all guidelines to remain open. We've taken a range of steps, in accordance with recommendations from public health experts. For example, all our food is baked at over 475 degrees in our ovens. The food is then placed into boxes by associates who are also wearing gloves. The boxes are folded by glove-wearing associates and a liner is placed inside each pizza box. Our delivery drivers are also wearing gloves when they deliver your food to you and following our new, no contact protocols. Each restaurant has its own specific social distancing procedure.

We are also doing our part to accommodate our elderly customers. They can order online at any time and place a timed order if necessary. Their food can be delivered using our no contact delivery procedures or picked up at our many pick up windows.

We appreciate our customers who are continuing to order and support their local Donatos. Not only are you allowing us to feed you, but you are providing employment for our nearly 5,000 associates. We are also hiring additional delivery drivers as well as other temporary, part-time and full-time positions. Visit for more information.

We Care About You, Our Associates’ and Our Communities’ Safety

Dear Valued Customer:

We wanted to take an opportunity to let you know the steps we are taking as we all work to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The health and safety of our associates and the communities we serve is our number one priority.  We are closely monitoring and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure that we are doing our part to keep our associates, customers and communities safe.

Our Promise is to serve the best pizza and make your day a little better.  To do this, we require that all associates receive training in the area of food safety and sanitation when they join our team and on an ongoing basis.  Our pizzas are also baked at a temperature above 475 degrees.  In addition to our everyday practices, we are doing the following:

  • Reinforcing with additional signage our existing health and food safety protocols with our associates such as frequent and proper handwashing.
  • Ensuring associates who are ill or have a household member who is ill stay home and seek medical attention when necessary.
  • Increasing our use of multi-purpose cleaner with peroxide to disinfect and kill bacteria on tables, chairs, countertops, doorknobs, napkin dispensers, handwashing stations, bathrooms and other high traffic areas.
  • No contact delivery now offered.

We are here to support our communities by delivering Edge to Edge® pizza whenever you need us.  We will continue to proactively monitor, evaluate and respond to the impact of COVID-19 and update you on how we are making changes with personal safety in mind.
