Carol Brady Wins Highest Donatos Award

Carol Brady, General Manager of the Donatos Pizza restaurant at 594 South Ave. in Tallmadge, has been named one of the company’s six Gold Standard award winners for 2009. A nine-year Donatos veteran, this is the first time Carol has been named a Gold Standard winner.

“Carol Brady has proven to be one of the Best of the Best at Donatos,” said Jane Grote Abell, President and COO of Donatos. “Gold Standard status at Donatos is the pinnacle of operational excellence with less than 1% of our managers achieving this level.”

Gold Standard certification entails achieving exemplary results in a wide array of operational categories including sales performance, store profitability, adherence to operational standards, associate retention, etc.

“Since I started with Donatos more than nine years ago, it has been my goal to win the Gold Standard award,” Brady said. “This is the greatest achievement within the company, and I am so proud of myself and my restaurant for winning this year.”
